The Construction Plant Hire Association membership comprises in excess of 1,500 companies, who jointly represent over 90% (by turnover) of all UK construction plant hire. The Construction Plant Competence Scheme (CPCS) is the largest and most highly-recognised card scheme for plant operators. It helps to prove workers’ operating skills and health and safety awareness. All of Lynch’s operators carry a CPCS card. This reaffirms their work is up-to-standard, which saves time and money unaccredited operators often incur.
The Freight Operator Recognition Scheme (FORS) is a membership scheme that aims to improve freight delivery in London. To gain membership organisations need to show they have the management systems, policies and procedures in place to meet the standards set out in the FORS specification. FTA is one of the UK’s largest trade associations and represents the transport interests of companies moving goods by road, rail, sea and air.
